Ingredients
- 2 chamomile tea bag
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup Amaro Nonino or apple brandy
- 1 red apple, finely chopped
- 1 (750- ml bottle) prosecco, chilled
- 3/4 cup sparkling water, chilled
Steps
- Steep chamomile tea bags in 1/3 cup boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in honey until dissolved. Cover and chill honey-chamomile syrup until ready to use.
- Combine 3/4 cup Amaro Nonino (or apple brandy) and honey-chamomile syrup in a pitcher. Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Add chopped apple, prosecco, and sparkling water to pitcher just before serving.
