Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
- ½ cup minced red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Mash eggs lightly with a fork in a bowl. Add avocado, onion, pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise. Gently mash together until just blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
