Copycat Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, plus leaves for serving
  • 1/2 cup hot pickled jalapeño chiles , drained, plus 2 tablespoon liquid from jar
  • 1 ( 8 ounce ) package cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk ranch seasoning (from 2 [1 ounce] envelopes)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves , grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • tortilla chips , fresh jalapeño slices, pickled jalapeño slices, and pickled red onions, for serving

Steps

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Combine cilantro, pickled jalapeños, and liquid from jar in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, about 10 pulses, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  3. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, lime juice, garlic, and salt, and pulse until smooth, about 10 pulses.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices, pickled jalapeño slices, pickled red onions, and cilantro.
