Miso Aioli

Miso aioli is great as a dip for roasted or raw veggies, French fries, tater tots, air fried or roasted potato wedges, a spread for sandwiches (think grilled hamburger), steamed shrimp, and fried fish. I think you get the idea—just use your imagination—the sky’s the limit!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha , or to taste

Steps

  1. Add mayonnaise, miso paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Sriracha to a small bowl, and whisk until completely combined and smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
